There are hot rolling reinforcement method, needle punch reinforcement method and spunlace reinforcement method to add fixed type.
Hot-rolling reinforcement method: It is mainly suitable for the fiber web of thermoplastic polymer materials such as PP. The principle is to make the polymer fiber heat and melt in the hot rolling mill, and under pressure, the hot-rolled point/surface is melted into one body, thus significantly Improve the strength of the fiber and realize the fixed type of non-woven fabric. The hot rolling mill is composed of heated rigid rollers and elastic rollers, which can be bonded by point bonding and surface bonding. For point bonding, engraved rolls with different nip shapes are used, and polished rigid rolls are used for surface bonding.
Needle-punching reinforcement method: a row of acupuncture with triangular cross-sections (or other cross-sections) and barbed edges are used to repeatedly puncture the web. During the puncture process of the puncture needle, the fibers of the surface layer of the fiber web are forced to be brought into the interior of the fiber web and form a tangled structure, which will not recover. Under the action of friction and entanglement between the fibers, the fluffy fiber web is compressed, and after repeated punctures, numerous entanglement points are formed, and the fiber web is finally fixed. Acupuncture reinforcement technology mainly includes pre-needling, main needling, pattern needling, ring needling and tube needling. The movement direction of acupuncture is usually perpendicular to the fiber web, but there are also upward or downward oblique punching directions. Oblique punching can increase the depth of acupuncture, greatly increase the strength of the product, and improve the dimensional stability of the product. Needle-punched non-woven fabrics have flexible entanglements between fibers, so they have good dimensional stability and elasticity, good permeability and filtration, and a full hand feeling.
Spunlace reinforcement method: using a number of extremely fine high-pressure water jets, high-speed jets to the laid fiber web, the water flow pierces the fiber web and hits the bottom conveyor net, the rebounded water flow penetrates the fiber web again, and the spunlace Under the action of repeated penetration and complex turbulent water flow, the fibers in the fiber web produce different forms of entanglement structures and a large number of entanglement points, so that the fiber web is fixed. The spunlace reinforcement method can increase the single-thread production speed of the spunbonded non-woven fabric. This method has many entanglement points and does not damage the fibers. The non-woven fabric produced has high strength, soft hand feeling, and no adhesive.
