Features of recycled felt

Recycled felt is made of wool, which is processed and bonded (non-warp and weft). The main features are as follows:

1. It is elastic and can be used as a material for shockproof, sealing, cushioning and elastic wire card clothing bottom felt.
2. Good bonding performance, not easy to loose, can be punched into various shapes of parts.
3. Good heat preservation performance, can be used as heat insulation material.
4. Tight organization and small pores can be used as a good filter material. Due to the compact density and stable performance of recycled felt, various recycled felt parts can be produced by stamping.
5. Good abrasion resistance, can be used as polishing material.
6. It is elastic, so it is glued by the principle of milling. After milling and bonding, the density and specifications can be used separately.
7. Recycled felt has good stretchability and can reach a specified length, which can be used for leather rolling belts and paper pulp suction belts.
8. Recycled felt has good warmth retention and can be made into a specification of recycled felt insole.
9. Recycled felt has moisture retention and elasticity and can be made into automobile door and window sealing strips and central door and window sealing strips. It does not use warp woven fabric, so it has good filterability and can be used for oil absorption. Most of the bottom of the ship's oil tank uses recycled felt to keep the ship clean. Packing machine parts with recycled felt has high whiteness, good shock resistance and noise reduction. The rhythm of the instrument can be modulated by the size of recycled felt.

Wash with cold water.
Recycled felt products cannot be bleached.
Choose a neutral detergent marked with pure wool and no bleach.
Wash by hand alone, do not use a washing machine, so as not to damage the appearance.
When cleaning, use the hand light pressure method, and the dirty parts only need to be gently scrubbed. Never use a brush to scrub.
Washing with shampoo and conditioner can reduce the phenomenon of pilling.
After cleaning, hang it in a ventilated place to dry naturally. If drying is required, please use low temperature drying.
